Tai Chi is a complete exercise that works with your mind, body, and spirit.  There are no requirements to join this class as it is for all ages and any body type. Tai Chi is a great alternative for those who have limitations surrounding them involving physical exercise, it can even be done sitting in a chair! All ages welcome!
