With Polaris Community Profiles, Marigold member libraries can distribute community information and resources using the library catalog (TRACPac). The Okotoks Public Library will create records for local community groups that can be accessed by patrons through TRACPac by clicking on the “Community” search tab. To add your community profile to the library catalog, please fill out the attached application form and return it to the Okotoks Public Library for processing.
Your Profile will include the name of your organization, description of your services and the geographic area in which your services are available, contact information, location, hours of operation, and general notes. You can also list upcoming events that your organization is hosting.
**Please note: Once the Profile is uploaded the library will provide your organization access to the database so you can edit/update information as needed in the future.
