Did you know that just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can benefit you the same as 2 hours of sleep?
This is unlike any other yoga class. You will begin with a few restorative postures then lay on your mat as you are guided through the Nidra process. You will be close to the theta sleep state, not fully awake but not asleep. If you find being still is challenging then you may need this more than you think.
Depression & Anxiety
Please bring anything to ensure your comfort, such as:
1-2 blankets (one to cover you, one to roll under your legs)
socks, long sleeve top
eye pillow (if you ahve one)
bolster (if you have one)
