Meeting Rooms

The Okotoks Public Library has 2 meeting rooms available for public rental. Room 1 holds up to 35 people and Room 2 holds up to 15. Each room has a small kitchenette including a sink, mini-fridge and microwave. Coffee makers are provided but coffee, sugar and creamer is not. Tables and chairs are available for use and the renter is responsible for set up and take down. Please remember to include time for set up and take down in your request.

Room bookings may begin no earlier than Library opening hours. Most of our rooms are limited by Library closing hours. Only Meeting Room #1 permits a late exit.
