Rural Addiction & Mental Health will be offering A New Vision of Wellness group. A New Vision of Wellness is an 8-week group based on holistic wellness and the wellness wheel. Each week the group will focus on a different area of wellness, and in the end we will create a picture of wellness that is individual to each participant.
This group is ideal for Adults who are looking to redefine their definition of wellness, learning to identify the areas of their lives where they are well, and the areas that may benefit from changes.
