An introduction to the Expressive Arts: Exploration and Transformation through Creative Writing, Drama, Music, and Visual Art.
In this 4-session course for Adults, you will delve into a grounded and mindful exploration of the expressive arts. In each session, you will be given the opportunity to reflect, explore, create, play, share, and connect through different modalities of the expressive arts.
