This Valentine's holiday the Okotoks Public Library is offering a paper quilling activity for adults. We will provide the materials needed to make a paper quilling valentines heart project. Make this for yourself, a friend, or loved one, either way you can learn a new craft and meet new people. Join us February 12th, from 2:00 – 4:00pm. Limited spots available so be sure to register.
