Open to all adults in Okotoks and surrounding areas who would like to meet others while enjoying a complementary coffee or tea and light snacks. This program will be facilitated by an AHS mental health outreach nurse to discuss mental health topics.
Some topics for discussion may include how to manage stress, dealing with feelings of being overwhelmed and exhausted, understanding emotions, dementia support guidance and more. A new topic every week!
