Programs facilitated by Roshelle Stooshnov & Teresa Schreiber, McMan Family Resource Center

A brief insight into the present concerns and challenges teens are facing such as Anxiety, Body Image, Self-Confidence and Bullying, and how parents and caregivers can support their teens through these issues while strengthening their relationship. As well as fostering a safe community for parents to build a network of supports and strategies to navigate this chapter of their lives.

It is recommended to attend both sessions facilitated by McMan Family Resource Center but caregivers are welcome to attend either/or.
